We honour the traditional art of gelato making.

We're one of a handful of makers in Australia who still pasteurise our milk base rather than use pre-mixed powder bases. This is the secret to our reputation of making gelato as good as in Italy! Like most Italian food, delicious flavours come from using simple ingredients of the highest quality.

You won't find us using artificial flavours, colours or preservatives - our gelato is made from all natural ingredients.

People might have known us as Gelato Buonissimo, the gelato shop in Busselton where customers came from near and far for over 18 years to eat our yummy hand scooped gelato.

Our new packaged gelato is the same delicious product, made by the same gelato maker Andy. We’re a small family owned business.

We've kept some of our all time customer favourites like Cioccolato Fondente (Dark dairy-free chocolate), Fragola (strawberry sorbet made from real fresh strawberries) and Limone (lemons from local farms).
